The Royal Arrow was a slimmed down version of Royal’s flagship machine and best selling Typewriter of all time, the Quiet De Luxe. The only difference was the removal of the tabulation system to bring the cost down to offer a more affordable model to folks on a budget.
It’s a handsome and well-performing machine that will take whatever you throw at them and come back for more. Well designed, well built, and have a nice, deliberate feel to the keys.
The pica typeface is classic, professional, and easy on the eyes at 10 characters per inch. Action is tight, carriage is smooth, keystrokes are easy, and it’s an overall joy to use.
Aesthetically, it’s a stunner. Flat black and mean. Case is in rough, but functional condition. (It did a good job protecting the machine!)

A brand new ribbon in your choice of color/material on Royal specific vintage metal spools, the typewriter, its hard case, typeface sample, an OFFICIAL Nashville Typewriter sticker and hand-typed note from me, and even some paper to get you started on the path to distraction free writing!
